These terms of service govern access to and use of BraiseInbox. By creating an account, you accept them in full.
Purpose
BraiseInbox provides an email deliverability service: your inbox is connected to a network of real addresses that generate engagement signals (opens, replies, spam rescues) to train your sender reputation.
Account and access
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to connect only inboxes you own or are duly authorized to manage.
Acceptable use
The service must not be used to send spam, illegal, misleading or unsolicited content, or for any activity that breaches the law or the terms of email providers. Any breach may result in immediate suspension of the account.
Availability
The service is provided "as is". We improve the signals that influence placement, but no 100% inbox placement can be guaranteed: the final decision belongs to the email providers. We aim for high availability, without guaranteeing uninterrupted service.
Termination
Plans are commitment-free. You can revoke OAuth access and cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no refund of the month in progress unless required by law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, BraiseInbox's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service over the last twelve months. BraiseInbox cannot be held liable for indirect damages or for placement decisions made by email providers.
