Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 30, 2026
This policy describes how BraiseInbox collects, uses and protects your personal data, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data controller
The data controller is BraiseInbox SAS, 12 rue de la Chaussée d'Antin, 75009 Paris, France. For any question about your data, write to contact@braiseinbox.com.
Data collected
We collect account data (name, work email), interaction metadata required for the service (timestamp and type of exchange, without reading the content of your messages) and technical connection data (IP address, access logs). No password is stored: access to your inboxes is granted solely through OAuth, with limited and revocable permissions.
Purposes
Your data is used to provide and improve the deliverability service, measure and grow your sender reputation, and ensure support, billing and platform security.
Legal basis
Processing relies on the performance of our contract with you (providing the service), your consent for OAuth access to your inboxes, and our legitimate interest in securing and improving the platform.
Retention period
Account data is kept for the duration of your subscription, then deleted or anonymized within twelve months of account closure. Billing data is kept for ten years in line with legal obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@braiseinbox.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Processors
We rely on processors for hosting (Vercel, OVHcloud), OAuth authentication (Google, Microsoft) and payment. Each is bound by a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement, and data is hosted within the European Union.
